Google launches Google Play Pass

Google launches Subscription services for apps and games. It will be taking on Apple Arcade which is set to release on November month.

But Google is one step ahead by launching its subscription model named as Google Play Pass. It has the similar offering price as Apple which is starting at $4.99 (₹354 approx) a month.

So the Google Play Pass will offer access to games as well as apps which will be free of ads, in-app purchases, and upfront payments. Google says that it will be adding new content every month.
But the service is available to US as for now and it will also offer 10-day free trail.

User's who avail the Play Pass before October 10 will be available for $1.99/month for the first year and thereafter $4.99/month.

Apple has upper hand in this subscription based model because Apple Arcade is going to be launched in 150+ countries including India. Apple user's can use the service in iPhone, ipad, ipod, Apple TV and Mac but Google Play Pass is currently available for Android phones and tablets.

Google Kormo App

Google is going to launch its job listings service in india. The app is named as Kormo App. The app will be launched on Sept 20 at a Google event in New Delhi. This app will help user's who are looking for jobs which are posted on online. User's will be able to build digital CV for free and can enrol in training sessions through the app. This app will display open job listings in the city. Google will partner with employers from large companies to small or medium enterprises to include their jobs in their Korma app which will make users to directly apply from the app. In that app there is tab called Learn Tab which will give free training in the form of videos, articles and courses based on individual interest.
