Now a day’s more and more youngsters are dropping out of college and starting to work. There was always a major question the reason behind the drop outs. It can be made into three points. 1. College these days focus on theoretical education more than practical training which does not help in real life. 2. College dropouts start early these days who does not wait for the degree.
